We were hesitant at first to try Professor Color and didn't know if the Bypass key would work since we always had purchased directly from Xerox. The key works flawlessly and takes minimial effort to insert the ink blocks. The bypass key concept filled the gap left by Xerox in its sales of solid inks. Professor Color identified the gap and created an enterprise to provide value where Xerox couldn't. Their entrepreneurial/engineering skills are right up there with Elon Musk and Steve Jobs. LOVE the bypass key. The individual ink blocks were all original and in perfect shape (no chips or chunks broken off). This is not an accident, it is a direct result of their care in packaging (see photo).

Second time purchasing your ink. The first time it seem to of worked. But this time the eight piece broken pieces in the printer and clogged up the printer. Had to get service come in and they fixed it but now the black ink is not working at all. Very disappointed in the quality of the ink and the guarantee That it would work

Bypass key instructions could be more specific - It took me a bit to figure out how to place the key, even after looking at the instructional video. Once I figured out the replacement process was very simple.
